Miniature Drone Models – SLA 3D Printing & Custom Display Packaging

We produced a batch of 100 high-precision miniature drone models for an esteemed defense client using advanced SLA (Stereolithography) 3D printing technology. The objective was to create visually accurate, scale-model replicas suitable for ceremonial gifting, exhibitions, and high-level stakeholder presentations.

Each drone model was manufactured with fine surface resolution and tight dimensional control to faithfully replicate the original platform’s geometry and detailing. Post-printing, the models underwent structured post-processing, surface refinement, and professional painting to achieve a premium, presentation-grade finish.

To enhance the overall presentation and perceived value, every model was delivered in a customized acrylic display box. The packaging included precision-cut enclosures, national flags, and engraved name tags, tailored specifically for the client’s requirements. This ensured a consistent, elegant, and high-impact visual presentation across all 100 units.

This project demonstrates our capability to handle small-batch precision manufacturing, high-quality finishing, and bespoke display packaging for defence and high-technology applications.
